Licensed electricians serving Euless

Neighbors Electric is a Crowley-based shop, on the south side of Fort Worth, so getting to Euless means a real trip up through the Mid-Cities. We won’t pretend otherwise. What we bring is a Texas electrical license (TECL #41555), a flat-rate quote before we start, and a crew that treats a Euless service call the same as one five minutes from home. If you’re tired of “local” companies that never call back, we’re the ones who actually pick up.

To be fair about it: if you’ve got an active hazard right now, sparking outlet, dead panel, burning smell, call whoever can be there in ten minutes. For everything else, the panel that’s been undersized for years, the generator you keep meaning to install, the wiring you’ve never trusted, the distance matters a lot less than getting a licensed electrician who quotes it honestly and does it once, correctly.

Homes in Euless

A diverse, still-growing city means a mix of housing ages

Euless also has one of the largest Tongan communities outside of Tonga, along with sizable Nepalese, Black, Asian, and Hispanic populations, and that diversity comes with a genuinely mixed housing stock, older single-family homes alongside newer infill and multi-family construction near the retail corridors. Newer builds usually have modern wiring, but they still need real electrical work: EV charger installs, generator hookups, and dedicated circuits for anything the original build didn’t plan for.

Not sure what your home needs? Call (817) 533-0943 and we’ll tell you straight.

What we fix in Euless homes

Older homes (1960s-80s)

  • Panel upgrades from undersized 100-amp service
  • Aluminum branch wiring repair
  • Circuit breaker repair for chronic tripping
  • Grounding fixes for ungrounded outlets

Newer builds and additions

  • EV charger installation
  • Whole-home generator installation
  • Dedicated circuits for additions
  • Emergency electrician service

Catch it before it gets expensive.

Excellent experience with Neighbors Electrical. I messaged them late last night not expecting a response but to my surprise they got me scheduled for an estimate first thing the next morning. Mathew showed up promptly, provided a quote, we agreed on the price and he knocked out the work the same day. He was very professional and cleaned up after the work was complete. I will definitely call Neighbors Electric again if we need any electrical work down on our house.

Neighbors Electric is fantastic. On time, no nonsense and finished the job quickly. Matthew came and installed a 50 amp outlet for me and I was up and running in no time. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

The team here was great and would not go anywhere else. We got a quote in the morning for an EV charger and they came back in the afternoon to completely install the charge sub panel and surge protectors. I was given the option that I needed and was told that I do not need an upgrade to upsell me. Once done the area was clean and genuinely looked like an upgrade on my house. I would recommend anyone to Neighborhood Electric, you will not be disappointed.

I discovered my outlet was burnt after someone "fixed" my leaking window ac unit. Gerardo arrived quickly and replaced it. He was very detailed and attentive. If you have any electrical issues in your home, I highly recommend this company.

Euless is a Mid-Cities suburb with the airport in its back yard

Euless sits far enough into the Mid-Cities that the southwestern portion of DFW International Airport is actually inside the city limits, which tells you how tight this pocket of Tarrant County is. The city grew steadily through the second half of the 20th century, and a large share of its neighborhoods date to the 1960s through 1980s, the decades when Euless filled in between Fort Worth and Dallas along corridors like Airport Freeway (SH 121) and Industrial Boulevard (FM 157). Homes from that stretch were wired for a much lighter electrical load than what most households run today.

What that means in practice: panels sized at 100 amps or less that are now feeding central air, an electric range, a couple of TVs, and a home office all at once. We get called out across Euless for breakers that trip under normal use, outlets that were never grounded, and in some of the older sections, aluminum wiring that was standard practice before it was phased out in the mid-70s. It’s manageable work when it’s caught, and expensive work when it isn’t.

We also hear from a fair number of Euless homeowners dealing with nuisance tripping tied to the airport’s proximity, extra load from security systems, lighting, and HVAC that runs harder because of the noise-mitigation upgrades a lot of these homes have had done. None of that is exotic; it’s just one more reason an older panel that was fine in 1978 can be genuinely undersized today.

What we handle in Euless

On a lot of these calls we’ll flag something beyond the original reason for the visit, an outlet near a water source with no GFCI protection, a panel with double-tapped breakers, a subpanel that was never permitted. We’ll tell you what we found, what it means, and let you decide what gets addressed and when.

The license isn’t a formality

A Texas electrical license, ours is TECL #41555, is what keeps a panel upgrade from getting flagged during a home sale, keeps a generator hookup from being a hazard to a lineworker during an outage, and is what your insurance carrier will ask about if an electrical fire is ever investigated. With as much wiring in Euless dating back to the 60s and 70s as there is, cutting that corner isn’t worth the savings. It’s also worth knowing that permit and inspection history follows the house, not the owner. If an unlicensed repair goes in now, the next buyer’s inspector, or the next electrician working nearby, is the one who finds it.

Flat-rate pricing means no surprises

We price the job before we start it. That’s the number on your invoice, not a starting point that grows once we open the panel. It’s the same approach whether the job is a quick breaker fix or a full generator install, and it doesn’t change because Euless is further from our shop than some of our closer service areas. If we find something additional once we’re already inside the panel, we’ll quote that separately and let you decide, rather than fold it into the final bill as a surprise.

How every job works

  1. We diagnose firstWe find the actual problem before anyone talks price.
  2. We explain it plainlyYou see what we found and what it means, in plain language.
  3. You approve a flat-rate priceThe price is set before work begins. Nothing gets done until you say yes.
  4. Licensed, permitted workTECL #41555, with the permits the job requires.

Call before a small issue gets expensive

A breaker that trips more than it used to, an outlet that’s warm, lights that flicker for no clear reason: those are early warnings, not things to wait out. If something in your Euless home needs a look, call Neighbors Electric at (817) 533-0943 or reach us through our contact page. We’ll give you a straight answer and a flat price.
